Preparation and testing of laboratory spectroscopic measurements setup for two diploma theses focused on monitoring the effect of drought on Pine (Pinus sylvestris) seedlings takes place in the greenhouse of the Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science, Charles University. Measurements will last over the next 2 – 3 months. Part of the seedlings will be exposed to drought and the reflection of drying of the seedlings in the spectra measured by the ASD FieldSpec4 WR spectroradiometer will be analyzed.
