Within the research of peat-bogs in the Krkonoše Mts. we established a first team Bowen ratio station in the Ramsar peat-bog Úpské rašeliniště. The station measures air temperature, relative humidity, precipitation, wind speed, wind direction, soil temperature, water temperature, net radiation and ground heat flux. In connection with dense time series of data acquired from our thermal camera DJI H20T (mounted on the DJI M350 TRK UAV) we intend to analyse seasonal variability of surface energy fluxes and evapotranspiration over this subalpine peat-bog.
